All UK deliveries (except for a few outlying postcodes) are by overnight courier -
the order leaves us at 4pm and is delivered within 24 hours.

Ordering from our QUICKnEASY shop
Choose this service if you want to use all the fish you order within 48 hours.
Order before 1pm, and your delivery will be made the following day (or later if you would prefer).
Your order will arrived chilled, not frozen (unless you selected the frozen option, in which case we will add dry ice).
Apart from Saturday deliveries, there is no extra delivery charge for QnE orders - fish prices include packaging and delivery.
QnE deliveries will be made by 5.30pm unless arriving on a Saturday when they will be made by 1pm.
You do not need to sign for weekday QnE deliveries, but you DO NEED TO SIGN FOR SATURDAY QnE deliveries (which are by Royal Mail).
Please note that QnE prices are higher than prices in our Main Fish Hall. If you want to order more than 3 items, you should probably be in our Main Fish Hall.

Ordering from our MAIN FISH HALL
Choose this service if you want to stock your freezer.
It is more economic for larger orders (roughly, £50 or more).
Your order will be packed with dry ice to keep it frozen en route, so you'll be able to transfer it straight to your freezer when it arrives.

Each fish you order will packed separately and neatly labelled. With about five exceptions (which are clear in the fish descriptions), each piece of fish - eg each prawn or fillet - is frozen individually, so you can remove one item from the pack at a time.

Main Fish Hall deliveries do not need to be signed for. So your fish can be left, for instance, "at the back door".
There's a special box at our checkout for your "IF OUT" instructions. Your fish should keep fine until 7pm.
NEXT DAY delivery (arriving with you Tue to Fri)
Available Monday to Thursday if you place your order by 1pm.
Next day orders from our MAIN FISH HALL cost £12.50, regardless of the size of the order.
If you plan to use your fish within 48 hours of its arrival, you should see if it is in our QUICKnEASY shop, where there is no extra charge for delivery.
Saturday fish and seafood delivery
Saturday fish and seafood deliveries are available at a surcharge of £17.50 on top of the standard delivery charge - see below.
Orders for Saturday delivery MUST BE PLACED BY PHONE before 1pm on Friday.
They are sent without dry ice (unless you specially request it in the Anything Else? box at our checkout final page), and will arrive chilled - not frozen - for consumption within 48 hours.
Saturday deliveries always arrive before noon (without incurring the normal surcharge - see below).
By noon
You will be able to select a by noon delivery at our checkout, for a surcharge of £5.
Bank holidays
We don't deliver on bank holidays, nor on the following day, nor between Christmas and New Year.

All offshore destinations (including the Isle of Wight) plus AB37-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78

Europe
We can ship to you by DHL. The minimum charge is €50, which would get you about five pairs of kippers to most of western Europe. Larger deliveries are more cost effective. If you would like a firm price, please email us from the contact page setting out what you want and where you are.
Rest of the world
... it depends largely on food import regulations.
We have a very happy very regular customer in Sydney, Australia. We cannot send to the USA.
