This friendly cookbook is by "CJ" Jackson, a very nice lady who runs the Billingsgate Seafood Training School. We know her well. She has collected an inspiring mix of straightforward but rarely mainstream recipes and blended them with pictures of fish - both "in the flesh" and prepared, and pictures of Billingsgate market and its characters. It's a really nice book, 200 pages, hardback. No matter how many fish recipe books you already have, you will enjoy ths one.
