This is a freshwater fish from Asia. It's pretty rare over here although you will find it in some Indian restaurants. Our pack contains 500g of "through the fish steaks", frozen inside a giant ice-cube by the impressive-sounding "Sirajul Islam Chowdhury Trawlers Limited" of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
