These are the very finest "canette" duck breasts, imported from France by one of London's top restaurant suppliers. Produced in Les Landes under a free range regime. Two breasts per pack. Currently, these are frozen together in a vacuum pack, so you wil need to defrost and use both together. Shortly, however, we will move to singly-frozen breasts.
