We are delighted to represent Caviar Nacarii in the UK. Their superb caviar is produced from baerii sturgeon high in the Spanish Pyrenees by a small farm with a comprehensive set of quality certifications. The eggs, a little larger than sevruga, are good and whole, sometimes with an appealing hint of green luminescence. Nacarii was the most consistently-favoured caviar in a tasting programme we ran amongst our members. Supplied fresh, not frozen, except the 10g tins which are always frozen.
