A staple of Asian and Mediterranean chefs... except they have to clean theirs, whereas ours are white as the driven snow. We offer both whole tubes - which are perfect for stuffing (with prawns, cheese, rice, peppers... it only takes a minute and earns SOOO MANY brownie points) and the same ready cut into "rings" - which are perfect for tossing straight into your wok - perhaps with some red peppers and a spot of shredded mint... Squid is a great piscatorial experience, as well as being inexpensive and very versatile.
