Our whole cockles are hand-caught off a remote Hebridean island which is the ONLY place in the whole UK where the cockles are graded A (for "may be eaten straight from the sea without further processing") every month of the year. Picture shows an XL (min 25grams - that's a real dobber). Size Ms are min 12g.
