Love cod? You're in for a thrill... We have taken a large cod fillet, removed the skin and bone, then cut off the back end of the fillet, where it gets a bit narrow and thin. Thereby leaving the very best piece. Vac-packed in pairs, and "matched for shape". Basically, this is the highest form of cod except for on the bone steaks, which you will find here. (This item is sometimes known as a LOIN.)
