Our new range of Eastern sauces are made by Khalid who runs a small passionate business just like us. He uses his mother's recipes and up to 28 natural ingredients per sauce. We gave them a serious tasting and a big thumbs up. They come in 300g pouches and will serve two people generously. Just sear your fish briefly in a tiny amount of oil then pour on the sauce and cook in the oven or on your hob.
