A turbot fillet comprises two unequal halves - one much thicker than the other. These FATBOY fillets are the thick half. You get a single fillet, which you can cut into two portions, or serve as a presentation piece, dividing it up at the table. How much do you need? A 225g fillet would be a magnificent serving for one but would need some padding to feed two as a main course. A fillet over 400g will feed two well.
