Our fish is so well-prepared, that our most loyal members have no need of one of these. However, if you do find yourself needing to descale a fish, this is the device to use. It's a professional descaler in stainless aluminium, with a decent handle to give you a good grip, and four rough bars separated by clear gaps to ensure the removed scales don't clog them up. A word of warning - whatever precautions you take, odd scales will end up ALL OVER your kitchen and you'll still be scraping them off three weeks later... so we suggest you do this job outside.
