We make this stock on the premises. We use only turbot, brill, sole and John Dory skeletons - to which we add carrots, leeks, fennel, celery, parsley and onion. Use as a cooking medium to elevate any fish onto a higher place, or add vermouth, wine and/or cream to create a superb sauce. One tub, or three in the saver pack.
