This item is from Chile. Unusually, it is an "ambient temperasture product" - it's in a foil container in brine and does not need to be kept frozen. It is beautifully prepared and includes good large chunks of meat. Some Fish Society members order it in large quantities, but others have, er,alternative views. So if you're ordering it for the first time, please just try one pack.
