Contains two traditional clawed lobsters - you need the heads for the visual effect - and two rock lobster tails - as you don't want to be short of lobster meat for this production! Plus a tub of fish stock. You'll also need: shallots, Gruyère or Parmesan cheese, a little ENGLISH mustard, some chopped parsley or tarragon, double cream, cayenne pepper, butter and white wine.
