However, please note that this is an economy product (!) from a busy lobster processor and is not like meat you would carefully take out of a lobster yourself. Comprises mainly small "shards" of meat, plus some larger pieces, but always including four whole (shelled) claws. Cooked, ready to use and ideal for pasta / risottos.
