Not quite the real, live, heavenly thing, but not quite as inconvenient, either. Slip these into a fish pie or a steak and kidney pudding. Or wrap bacon round them, skewer and grill until bacon is done... then serve the classiest 'devils on horseback' your guests will ever have seen or tasted.
