We have it on good authority that sea urchin roe was served at the wedding feast when Hercules married Hebe, the Greek Goddess of Youth (and perhaps more promisingly, of "ReNEWed Youth"). Hercules became a god and stopped ageing. We think it was the eggs that did it. Immediately upon opening, a wonderful fresh sea smell emerges from this little jar of roe paste (100% roe plus a little salt). And then comes the delicious taste. You can make a pasta sauce from it (simple recipe on pack) or add it to scrambled eggs, or use it to give your hollandaise sauce an extra dimension.
