Smoked haddock in pastry with cream sauce

This concoction contains a handsome piece of smoked haddock fillet and a creamy sauce, all wrapped in puff pastry, with a garnish of red currants and cheese. Very striking. We're giving it a trial this autumn and we expect it to be very popular.
