An ingenious short cut from Finland to delicious smoked ANYTHING. Just plop your fish in a dish, slot it into this bag, and cook in your oven or on your BBQ (as long as you don't let flames touch the bag!). Each of us here tried one and we gave them a resounding thumbs up. The bag is 11 inches by 19 inches and will take up to six servings / one kilo of fish.
