Squid straight out of the sea, in all its chaotic glory... tentacles all over the place. Our baby squid comes in neat little blocks each containing about eight fish. The larger squid is variable in size, so your pack could contain one large fish or several smaller fish (or one large and one small). If you want fish of similar size, have a look at our squid tubes, which are nicely graded for size. These fish need no special tenderising. All this whole squid comes frozen in clumps, so you will need to defrost them all at once. You will need about 200g for a good serving.
