These are Tonies rather than Maureens (Maureen's fish made 18 servings which went into our turbot fillet steaks section). Fishermen know these as "chicken turbot" - small for the species, but about as large as you'll be able to cook in a domestic kitchen. Up to 14 inches in diameter, you'll probably be able to cook them in your grill pan if your kitchen lacks a suitable oven-proof dish. Your fish will make a great impression when brought to the table. A 1500g fish will give you about 900 grams of meat, which would serve four well or stretch to six.
