Although the weights vary (according to fillet thickness) all these steaks are 5-6cm wide and 15-18cm long. Some will slope on one of the short edges (please see full specs here), but this is as close as you will get to matching oblong fillet steaks without taking out a mortgage. Note that these are "skin-on" - and that the skin is delicious if crisped. If you do not need smart oblongs, you should be here.
