Sorry, witchy... but there's no getting away from it, you're basically a poor man's Dover sole. It's a ridiculous comparison, because nothing could ever compare with a Dover sole, but it's the one that leaps to mind because at first glance they look similar. However, a practised eye spots the witch's pointed nose and brown hue. It's also thinnner, so you need a really sizeable fish (and a very large plate) to get a decent meal from one. But let's not run it down too much. It has its own distinct flavour, and hey! - look at the price!
