The magnificent barramundi is an icon of Australia but is well known across all of south east Asia. It's a fish that normally lives at least part of its life in rivers, but it can also cross over to the sea. Obtaining it in the UK is quite a challenge but we have given it our best shot and imported these fillets from India. The flesh comprises large white flakes and we look forward to your feedback.
