"Panga" is farmed in Viet Nam. As the name is a touch exotic, some anonymous marketing man dubbed it "River Cobbler" and more adventurous types occasionally pass it off as cod. There are some lurid stories about farming methods but they're difficult to square with the EU inspection regime we know well (food imports into the EU have to get past a tough AT SOURCE inspection regime) and the growing popularity of the fish. Inexpensive, white, boneless, skinless and a little bit bland... which could be right up your street.
