Here we group together both traditional cheeks and the offcuts we generate from processing prime fish portions. All items are free of skin and bone and are perfect for stir fries and fish pies. Each pack comprises a small block which will make one generous serving or two smaller servings.
Normally stocking here: cod cheeks, monk / monkfish cheeks, scallop quarters, and offcuts from turbot, salmon, tuna, halibut and black cod.
