These scallops are hand caught by divers. This grade can be hard to obtain but, having found a reliable source, we now only sell scallops that have been caught this way. No machinery is involved in catching and processing dived scallops: that's good for eating quality and good for the sea bed. Usually 5-6 scallops per pack, which will make one good main course or two starters. The saver pack comprises three standard packs.
