Treat yourself to the finest of fish, from turbot fatboy steaks (which really live up to their names!) through silky black cod steak to monkfish and Dover sole. Or why not get in on the act early and try some freshwater Zander? We reckon that one day it will take over from the likes of seabass as the trendiest fish around.
