New for Winter 2011. Our new salmon in pastry supplier doesn’t just do salmon. In fact he majors in meats. Believe it or not, we do eat meat sometimes, so inevitably we tried a few.  And we were wowed.  These are hand made products from a company with the same outlook quality outlook as us.
