Our mojama comes from Spain but you might also have come across it in Sardinia, where it is known as bresaola. It has a superb, intense taste which means a little goes a long way.
One bag mixed salad leaves
One pack mojama
8 cherry tomatoes
Salad dressing

1 Slice tomatoes with a very sharp knife.

2 Arrange leaves artfully on individual serving plates.

3 Arrange tomato slices over leaves.

4 Shave mojama on top.

6 Drizzle with the salad dressing.
