454g / 1 lb cubed dogfish
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium carrots, cut into strips
1 green pepper cut into strips
14oz can sweet & sour sauce
½ a fresh pineapple, cut into chunks |
1 Cook carrots and peppers in the oil until softened; approx 3 minutes.
2 Pour over the sweet & sour sauce and heat until simmering.
3 Add fish, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4 Add pineapple. Simmer 3 minutes.
5 Serve with boiled rice. |
