Savoury Prawn CroissantFish code 140505 Serves 4




170g/6 oz cooked peeled prawns
125g/5oz cottage cheese
1 small avocado, peeled and diced
Salt and pepper
4 croissants
1 Gently mix together the prawns, cheese and avocado and season.

2 Cut the croissants in half and divide the prawn mixture between them.
