Shrimp and garlic bread Fish code 141155 Serves 4

An interesting and delicious twist on an old favourite...
225g/ 8oz peeled brown shrimps
110g/4 oz butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Fresh chopped chives
1 French bread stick
1 Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

2 Soften butter in microwave

3 Place shrimp in a bowl and mix well with the garlic, butter and chives.

4 Slice bread stick every inch but do not cut through.

5 Spoon the garlic and shrimp mixture evenly into each cut. Wrap in foil.

6 Bake for 5-10 minutes.
