2 x 200g / 7oz kipper fillets 1 tbsp brown sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp plain fromage frais or natural yoghurt Black pepper
| 1 Cook the kippers according to the packet instructions. Set aside for 2 minutes.
2 Drain away excess butter and remove skin, beat until smooth with a wooden spoon.
3 Stir in the brown sauce, lemon juice and fromage frais or yoghurt.
4 Season with black pepper and serve with bread sticks, tortilla chips and a selection of crisp raw vegetables.
