  ... that no-one has ever put forward what you would call a recipe. The traditional approach is to dip them in milk and shake them around in a plastic bag containing a little flour, then deep-fry then for 2-3 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and brown bread and butter. But our member Jasmin Johnson has just written in suggesting this "raj spin": add ½ teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp paprika to the flour and for serving, garnish with lime wedges. Cool!
