Battered cod fillets - 2 fillets
- Order number: 806125
- Deep fry or oven bake
- MSC cod (Pacific)
- Good large portion
We're all variety and range and sea urchins and fish you've never heard of. But one of our very best members (who loves all that stuff) said was it really beyond us "to offer that simple pleasure: a decent battered cod fillet? How difficult can it be?" Well, in fact it wasn't that easy to find a product that ticked all our boxes, as in tastes pretty damn good, oven bakes, comes in a decent size and uses conservation cod. Four ticks later (five if you fry it!), voila. We're dying to hear that you agree.
Cod cognoscenti need to know that this isn't Atlantic cod. It's Pacific cod - a close cousin to be sure. Can you tell the difference?
