- Each pack contains two battered skinless cod fillets
- Best when either deep fried or oven baked
- One pack would serve two good sized main meals
We're all variety and range and sea urchins and fish you've never heard of. But one of our very best members (who loves all that stuff) said was it really beyond us "to offer that simple pleasure: a decent battered cod fillet? How difficult can it be?" Well, in fact it wasn't that easy to find a product that ticked all our boxes, as in tastes pretty damn good, oven bakes, comes in a decent size and uses MSC certified cod. Four ticks later (five if you fry it!), voila. We're dying to hear that you agree. We do also have the cod bites which are essentially the same as this, just fun sized! Try those out here.
Cod cognoscenti need to know that this isn't Atlantic cod. It's Pacific cod - a close cousin to be sure. Can you tell the difference?
