- Each pack contains raw Asian blue crab 'clusters'
- Blue crab can be used in curry or a seafood boil
- One pack will provide 4 servings
The legs (and claw and shoulder) of the prettiest crab on eight legs. If you’re a newcomer to this item, please note that blue crab is principally a flavour experience, and you may find the meat to shell ratio a bit disappointing. This cluster arrives raw and frozen together, they are frozen in a block to protect them during transit. You can easily separate them with cold running water to use some now, some later - but your pack will make 2 large or 4 medium servings, so you are unlikely to need to separate. Blue crab is great in curries to add a seafood flavour or in a seafood boil.
How you've been using our blue crab legs...
- "I bought two boxes and couldn’t believe how many we got and how much meat you got from the body section, never mind the legs!"
- "So delicious so meaty! What more can I say. Great in a seafood boil and great in a sweet-spicy sour crab soup!"
