Cheap and cheerful and very popular finger food in which the meat is surimi (aka crab sticks). They need to be deep fried, this can also be done in a pan on the hob. Just rotate in the oil until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Each pack contains around 30 crab claws. Make sure you've got your favourite dipping sauce on hand when they're served up.

Deep fry from frozen. Preheat oil to 180'c, fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
