You loved our homemade Thai salmon burgers so much that we've made a DIY burger kit with all the essential ingredients to cook and assemble some delicious burgers at home! This kit is super easy to use with minimum prep required and the results are outstanding.
This kit includes two of our best selling Thai salmon burgers, two soft and spongy pretzel buns, a sweet & spicy homemade chilli jam and last but not least - an accompaniment of deliciously salty French fries.
To level up this burger we recommend these simple steps to transform the basic serving into gastro style flair and flavour:
- Toast the buns in a pan.
- Mix the chilli jam in with some mayonnaise and layer on the top and bottom of the toasted buns.
- Add baby gem lettuce, a thick slice of tomato, thinly sliced red onion and the best till last, pickles!

Salmon burger : Salmon, chilli, breadcrumbs (GF) (Breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, chilli), ginger, Fish sauce (Anchovy extract, Salt, Sugar), Muscovado sugar, cumin, garlic, spring onions, kaffir leaves, coriander,pepper, Lemongrass.
Bun: Wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, yeast, fermented Wheat flour, salt, Wheat malt flour, Wheat gluten, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid; coating agent (acidity regulator: sodium hydroxide).
Fries: Potatoes, modified potato starch,sunflower oil, rice flour, potato starch, salt, dextrin, dextrose, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, diphosphates), xanthan gum, paprika, turmeric, stabiliser E450i.
Chilli jam: Plum tomatoes, red onion, caster sugar, ginger, red wine vinegar, garlic, red chilli, brown sugar, fish sauce (Anchovy extract, Salt, Sugar), olive oil, chilli flakes.
