Rich soups - classics, every one...

We offer two ranges of prepared fish soup. From Jurgen Langbein of Germany, three rich and old-fashioned bisques: from lobster, crab and crayfish. They also make a bouillabaisse, which is quite an interesting recipe if you recognise that a mass-produced bouillabaisse will have some limitations. All Langbein products are old school recipes and come in tins. You'll also find here some classic fish soups made by us and packed frozen in tubs. The availability of our own soups is variable so if you fancy one, best order it on sight!
