Tins & Jars

Little tinned gods

Tinned tuna and sardines are ten-a-penny in the supermarket. We don't sell those. Our tinned items are a cut above: for instance the finest cuts of tuna, superbly prepared selected sardines, monkfish liver to delight our Japanese customers and make almost everyone else cringe (although we notice that cod liver is gaining ground) and superb king crab meat. You'll also find some truly niche items here: clam juice, keta, rouille for bouill, and urchin roe paste. And - how about some plankton? It's often on Heston's menu, but sit down before you review the price!
