Think risotto with okra and sweet potato instead of rice. And lots of crabmeat.... lots and lots of very best white crabmeat. Our process starts with a traditional roux, carefully cooked until deep brown. Then we add stock, some spicy little cabanos sausages plus vegetables and cook until soft. Finally, in goes all that crabmeat and the cajun spices. It’s hot but not burnout... you may want to spice it up further. Very simple to serve - just reheat. One pack serves two people very well.
