- Choose between a small or large pot of Canadian caught lobster meat
- This is perfect for a lobster roll
- A large pot will make two good sized main meals
If you're looking for the right lobster meat to buy to put in a lobster mac and cheese, or cover in a sauce, then this is the right product. It's good quality stuff, but this is the more economic option. It comes in various size chunks with the claw meat as in tact as possible, so if you put it in a pasta dish, you'd get some delicious chunks of lobster throughout. It's already cooked so you'd just need to heat it through.
If you're looking for a more premium experience, try our English lobster meat.
