Cod Fillet Portions - 2 portions
- Order number: 600575
- Skin on fillet portions
- 2 portions per pack
- Cod caught in Norway or Iceland
- Portions cut from very large cod
This is a very nice piece of fish. It's similar to what we call a fillet steak, but didn't quite make the grade, thickness-wise. But same fish, same flavour. Produced from ultra-fresh cod landed at UK or Icelandic ports then rushed to us for processing. Vac-packed in pairs of matching shape and weight. (See the fish terms explained tab lower down the page).

We've borrowed the method for this from Gary Rhodes but simplified the ingredients. He describes the end result as 'a tower of flavours'.
