Have you got any fish?

The supply of fish is slowly getting back to normal.

  • We are maintaining most popular lines.
  • If the website says it's out of stock, (fingers Xd) we expect more within 10 days. Check back soon!
  • If we can't source it for the present, we have removed the item from our site (mostly).
  • Due to supply swaps, a few product descriptions may be slightly out of date.


How we're organised for this period

Half our office staff are working from home. Our fish team is at work as usual, in fact expanded to cope with a big increase in orders. So far, we're all fit and healthy.

How fast will you deliver?

Due to the high volume of orders and the the bank holiday, the earliest available delivery date may be several days ahead.

Will my delivery arrive on time?

Due to Covid19, some orders are arriving a day or two late. But we pack our orders well and they should arrive very cold, still AOK to put in your freezer. And if they don't, just call us. We'll put it right.

How do I place an order?

We are receiving many more phone calls than usual so to avoid keeping you waiting, we'd strongly recommend you to place your order online.

Can you deliver to remote addresses?

As of 14 May we have restored deliveries to remote UK addresses. These come by Royal Mail Special Delivery who are giving themselves extra time to make these deliveries. Your parcel should still arrive very cold but it may be a day late. Please note all Royal Mail Special Deliveries must be signed for; therefore someone must be in your house until the parcel arrives.

Can I collect my order?

Sorry - not yet.

Can you deliver to me outside the UK?

Europe - yes, but despatch is taking longer (on average, 10 days). We'll contact you to agree a delivery date within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll refund you immediately if this date is unsuitable.

USA - not yet but soon, we hope.

Can I change my order?

Sorry - no. Coping with the increase in demand means we are unable at present to change orders or delivery dates. But we'll cancel your order if you call us before 10am a day ahead of your delivery date.
