A member of the shark family, also known as huss and once upon a time as ’rock salmon’ with firm and tasty flesh. Dogfish is virtually free of small bones. We offer it in two forms: as a flat-ish fillet with the central cartilaginous bone (and the small ones too) removed, or in its ’log’ shape, as an on-the-bone steak.



This was the first customer recipe submitted to The Fish Soc, back in about 1993 (thankyou Rolf) and possibly the only one we have combining carrots and pineapple
