These are the slightly less luxurious cuts from our farmed halibut. Basically, they’re half an inch thick instead of the three-quarters of an inch which you’ll get from the fillet steaks. From the same fish. Despite halibut not being deemed an 'oily fish', it is high in Omega 3s; essential nutrients that regulate your brains structure and ability to perform.
