Product Information
  • 2 skin-on fillet portions per pack
  • Typically prepared using wild Norwegian halibut (occasionally Scottish)

Halibut fillet portions are from those parts of the halibut where the flesh is not quite thick enough to qualify as a steak. So you’re going to get something perhaps more the dimensions of a (substantial) cod fillet than the absolutely prime pieces you would get from our fillet steaks section. But it’s definitely still a great piece of fish. The portion comes from lower down the halibut fillet as opposed to the midsection. These wild halibut fillet portions are skin on and there are two portions per pack.
