If you love seafood you’ll enjoy this delicious prawn starter. Potted prawns are a British classic! The idea of shoving lovely, tender prawns into a little pot may seem a bit backwards to some, but once you've tasted the gently seasoned butter and lovely juicy prawns, you'll understand why this classic dish is a winner! We have taken the time to confit the garlic bulbs in olive oil, giving this butter that added caramelized sweetness that works beautifully with juicy atlantic prawns. With a subtle taste of dill and lemon just to round it all off. Spread over a toasted piece of sourdough or even sauteed and topped over some warm bread, you won't be disappointed.
Prawns, Butter, Garlic, Parsley, Dill, Shallots, Lemon, Salt, White pepper.
