Product Information
  • Origin: UK, Norweigen or Icelandic ports
  • Vac-packed and frozen
  • High in protein, low in fat and a good source of omega 3
  • Perfectly suitable for fish & chips and in fish pie or fish cakes

This is a very nice piece of fish. It's similar to what we call a fillet steak, but didn't quite make the grade, thickness-wise. But same fish, same flavour. Produced from ultra-fresh haddock landed at UK, Norwegian or Icelandic ports then rushed to us for processing. Vac-packed in pairs of matching shape and weight.  (See the fish terms explained tab lower down the page).
