Haddock fillet portions - 2 portions
Frozen
- Order number: 186906
Product Information
- Each pack contains two boneless fillet portions
- These are perfect for fish and chips
- A 320g pack would serve two main meals
This cut is similar to what we call a fillet steak, but it hasn't quite made the grade thickness-wise. But it's the same fish with the same flavour. We produce these fillet portions from ultra-fresh haddock landed at UK or Norwegian ports that are rushed to us for processing. They are high in protein, low in fat and a great source of Omega-3. Try using them in a fish pie or fish cakes.
